I recently completed the Leadership Academy through the Greater Chattanooga Realtor Association. While this opportunity provided great insights on how to be a leader in both my career and personal life, it went above and beyond my expectations. This experience opened my eyes on how to better connect and communicate with individuals so I can best serve the need at hand. It taught me how to discern difficult situations and seek unique opportunities to work with individuals to maintain a professional atmosphere while still keeping the end goal in sight. The Leadership Academy helped me better understand how to correctly respond to situations, and comprehend that other individuals may respond differently and why they might choose that route. Therefore, it is crucial to understand that all parties in the real estate process must all come together to make ends meet.

With having only lived in Chattanooga for 3 years, I excel at building a network of connections and resources to help provide a smooth transition in or out of this city. I seek out every opportunity to further investigate and learn about what this city was, currently is, and will be in the near future. I help provide opportunities for other individuals to get plugged in with different organizations and events that best fit the lifestyle of the individual or family I am working for at the time.


The number one aspect of this industry I excel at is making connections and friendships with new individuals. I am comfortable having both intense and/or difficult conversations and developing a level of trust, integrity, and honesty between all parties involved in the process. I thrive at staying in touching with past clients, and ensuring the communication does not stop once the sale is completed. I excel at helping both parties see eye-to-eye on situations and withhold a level of professionalism while still maintaining a down-to-earth, approachable demeanor that all parties can openly communicate to during the process.

Fun Facts About Me:

I am one of four daughters: Kaitlin, Kylie, Kierstin, and Kelsey. While growing up we often pulled one another's hair, we now share closets and plan vacations with one another. They are truly my best friends. If I am not working, one can find me lost hiking in the several trails with the incredibly views and waterfalls located in the nearby areas of Chattanooga & Southeast Tennessee. I am a fitness freak by pushing myself to the limits when it comes to lifting weights in the gym, I leave all the cardio to my sister, Kate, who has ran more half marathons that I can keep up with. I have two weaknesses: shoes (the brighter the better) & dark chocolate. When it comes to caffeine, I drink about a gallon of caffeine a day and to best summarize: I like the taste of creamer while I like the way coffee makes me feel! I have a strong passion for non-profits, as my father has been running his non-profit, MpowR Missions, in the country of Haiti since 2010. I believe our purpose is much greater than the day to day living that individuals often get caught up in when not intentionally pursuing his/her purpose here on earth.


One will find working with myself a more laid back and personal experience through the preferred channel of communication. I believe the success in my business is through the lack of pressure and initiation of personality through the real estate process. Client Success Stories

One of the most challenging, yet rewarding transactions I have been to complete was in the beginning of 2023. A family was pursuing a property that my sister and I had listed with an an out-of-town client who had already relocated out of the state. While the initial financing option was unable to be completed, all parties were able to come together and complete this purchase through open communication and efforts on both ends. The success of this sale required negotiation, patience, and discern of best routes that best fit both my client and the client on the other end of the transaction.
