In my experience as a realtor, I have found that my clients feel comfortable with me as I try to make them feel as comfortable as possible. I started in real estate being a resource for my friends who were looking to buy their first home. That can be scary! It's new and something you do only a few times in your life (for most people). Where do you get started? How much should you have saved? Who do you trust when you have a question about the condition of the house? That is why using someone that you know has you best interest at hand is very important. I have helped several of my friends find homes and they have then referred me to their friends because of how great I was to work with. They felt confident going to the closing table with a great brokerage behind them for their house purchase and in the future for all Real Estate needs!

I am not just your average Realtor-Mom, I enjoy running races around the U.S. My goal is to run a race in every state! I have about 10 states down so far, so if you have any suggestions or want to tag along, let me know! When I'm not going to gymnastic meets with my 7-year old daughter, Averi or running races, I like to enjoy going local restaurants and bars with friends and coworkers. I grew up in the Mid-West but I call the South my home! So let me know how I can help you create memories down in the South just like my family has.

One of my dear friends came to me asking about the home buying experience. She was going through a tough family situation where she was relocating back to her father's home due to a relationship ending and a difficult custody battle with her child's father. She is a single-mother just like myself so making a big purchase without any prior experience was uncomfortable and scary. Thankfully, we were able to walk through her options and the steps needed to make getting her and her daughter in a home of their own with ease. The journey was not easy, as there were different financial obstacles and credit issues to resolve. But we made it!
