Experience:

personal experience in: Latino first-time homebuyer market; single family investment rental property; flips and renovations; residential construction and remodeling. I've worked with primarily buyers of all types. Conventional, FHA, and Cash, in both TN & GA so I've been exposed to both states' laws and contract language.

Can't really say I have a main accomplishment other than earning my CIPS designation a couple weeks ago.

Specialties:

Certified International Property Specialist, fluent in Spanish (current language student of German), highly adaptable to meet client needs, unwavering in the face of the unknown (if I don't know, I can find someone who does), wide range of connections across financing, tax, and construction industries as well as extensive referral contacts in Naples, Orlando, Tampa, and Toronto.

I've handled all types of clients from couples to families to investors and commercial business owners. I don't shy away from any type of transaction and am willing to take on just about any type of challenge. My youth and inexperience (less than a year) is counterbalanced by ambition and determination to represent my clients to the best of my ability.

I'm a big fan of hiking, the outdoors, language studies, and baking. My mother is Peruvian and my father is American so I grew up in a bilingual, bicultural household that I loved.
